First Entry: Welcome to Hell

Is this thing on?! Welcome Ladies, Gentlemen and Cousin It to my little corner of Labmistress.com. A place where birds sing, clouds part, the sun shines and the mental cries of my victims echo through the web to caress the ears of random passers-by (and some stupid deer). A place where I can finally be free to express myself…

…ok THAT’s a joke. Like I ever felt the need not to express myself? :)

WHO AM I?

Click on the About Me link on the right and find out more than you ever wanted to know, if you dare. I guarantee it’s time ill-spent.

WHO DO YOU HAVE TO THANK FOR THIS?

Darci Wood of Labmistress.com, formerly from TechTV’s The Screen Savers. Yup, people are already lining up around the block to thank her for setting me up with a blog. Ooh, lookies - they have pitchforks and torches! Cool!

Anyways, welcome to my blog. I hope you’ll all enjoy the experience and have high expectations (this way it’ll take less effort on my part to disappoint). I want to thank Darci, Observer and TeSS for helping me get this party started. They ROCK!

Buckle up Opey, we’re going for a ride…

I was under the impression that Vinnie getting an MT blog was one of the signs of the apocalypse. [poke-poke-poke-poke.gif] I guess I was wrong. Now we're going to have to go back to looking for looking for the other signs. Um, I don't have a torch, but I do have a lava lamp. I guess it doesn't really throw enough light for the purposes of staging a riot. But it's pretty -- see?

The Apocalypse is coming, I ordered it the minute the blog launched. It's coming via FedEx so it might take a while...

FedEx? FedEx! I heard UPS was hiring temps for the holidays and I was planning to deliver it myself. You've thwarted my plans for the last time Vinnie the Knees!

See, that's your own fault for waiting until the holiday shopping season to order it. Do you know how many people are interested in having the Apocalypse? Please. Their catalog sales are through the roof. Plus, the Apocalypse production plant is having other problems. Management wanted to lay off 25% of the workers in time for the holidays and one thing led to another and now there's a work slowdown going on. They may be making the Apocalypse, but it's still a closed shop.

Wait a second...the Apocalypse is being downsized?! Sonufa...!

I have to admit that secretly I have wondered what goes on inside Vinnie's mind. Now that I have the chance to find out I am haunted by frightening dreams where I continuely hear "Be afraid, be very afraid!" Blog on Vin!
