Happy Thanksgiving aka Happy Turkey Day!

My family and I wish everyone a very Happy Turkey Day, today. Gobble! Gobble!

HappyTurkeyDay!

And of course, as is traditional, we show you all how the richest man in all the world, Bill Gates stuffs his turkey:

Bill Gates Screwing a Turkey

Hey, to each his own. Happy Thanksgiving Mr. Gates!

Vinnie that is too much information. Now as for Mr. Gates, his bird is stuffed by servants, while a taxidermists stuffs another turkey he bought from a vendor in Seattle, Washington. I don't think a guy like that could survive, if he had to hunt for his own food for his family.

Just have to ask you for one thing Vinnie. Can I have my baseball back? I promise that I won't hit it through your computer screen again (whoops, sorry about that crt screen). Oh and tell Special K hello for me. And please don't let MinnieTaur gobble up the drumsticks this year.
:D

Hey Shannon, I can't tell you how popular Bill Gates Screwing a Turkey is, but Google and people LUV it, don't understand why but hey, really happy about my creation there... I gotta find the one I did with him playing an Xbox... anywhoo - you can have your baseball back but I don't know where it is. See, that wasn't my monitor you killed. All workies fine here. Maybe you got the wrong blog?

Happy Turkey day, dude - and to everyone that comes here, GOBBLE GOBBLE!

It was a joke Chris. I was using the bits and bytes of the internet to make a joke, a guffaw. Apperently it fell flat, so let's drop it, ok Vinnie.

As for Turkey Day, I ate too much. Did you?

Drop the monitor you broke? Ok. We had a HUGE t-giving! W00!

The joke was like an LCD monitor? Hey, I got it!

I am still chomping on leftover turkey. Friends and family (Minnitaur is the latter) came over and we had a 23lb turkey with all the trimmings. urp!

*sigh*

Vinnie,

Aren't LCD monitors cool? My dad bought himself one for an early christmas present. Looks sharp. Would look better if he would break down and get a new computer too (I think his old ocmputer is about to bite the dust). I may get a 19 inch LCD Monitor for Christmas Eve present (yes my dad and us children celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve) don't know yet.

it's not ocmputer, it's computer. Sorry!
November 27, 2006 @ 04:57AM
Hey Shannon! Yeah, LCDs are cool but nothing beats a decent quality CRT for gaming! I have a CRT for my main computer and an LCD for my test rig side by side. To keep the clutter down on the desk, I use a wireless mouse and keyboard for the other computer.

What about 700:1 on an LCD Monitor?

Contrast ratios are good the thing you want to look for is true color reproduction cause LCDs tend to wash out colors because of their brightness.
November 27, 2006 @ 08:53AM
For true color reproduction vomit. Take a picture of the fresh vomit (with at least a 7 megapixel camera) and print it out on a color laser printer with at least 1200x1200 resolution. Display the digital pic on the LCD and hold up the laser printout.

This won't do anything to test true color reproduction, it's just my way of wasting a whole bunch o'f%^$#ing time and stimulate the economy this holiday season. Go retailers!

Please vote for my daughter Cassie's school. She is part of the choir that is singing. Of course they listed Robinson Rokets but we know they really mean Robison Rockets. The sound quality is terrible but they are very good live. They get to perform at the Manheim Steamroller concert if they win. Thank you in advance and please pass this on for more votes!

Ok Vinnie,

Where is the Minorrah? Or the Christmas Tree? You know they are coming up, so out with them on your blog. That or a little speech about commercialism on Christmas or Hannukah.
November 29, 2006 @ 12:40PM
Timbo: a great cause, I'm a'headin out to vote for her now (that and your check cleared!) And uhm... err... I don't know what kind of school your daughter is in but you may want to check it out a little closer. There was an ad for DUI Attorneys right under the vote button. Don't Choir and Drive kids! :)

Shannon: although thanks to Office Max of all places I got a few people taken care of for Xmas, I don't light the blog up until 45 days after the holiday is over. Not for religious or personal beliefs, it's just that I'm freakin lazy...

LOL! Thanks, Vin. Yeah you gotta love radio advertising. Lets promote kids and DUI's on the same page. Now drunken, singing kids competing... that would be something!

I sure hope they win. My daughter is so excited. I couldn't imagine being 10 and singing in front of thousands of people. I just wish they would have named the school correctly on the site. Stupid web admin.
November 30, 2006 @ 05:27AM
I always like to point out the absurd, Tim! Hope they win. I was in a choir once, really surprised the holy water didn't boil as I passed it. OK, I wasn't the only one surprised *evil grin*

Are you saying that your mother thought you were the Antichrist? That must be the obvious line that I have heard over the years. Trust me, if you were the Antichrist, we would know it. :D
December 1, 2006 @ 07:56AM
Nono, that's Scott Baio. The me and holy water thing is merely an alergic reaction on the holy water's part...
