My Eyes! AAAAIIIIEEEE! NOT!

As you can all tell, thanks to your eyes not bleeding, the old look has been restored to the site. Ole Nifty Corners has been dragged out back and php/css-coded into a much needed oblivion. You wouldn’t freaking believe the hammer blows needed to restore the old look, but in the end it sure was worth it.

*sigh*

Happy… so happy.

(For now)

Ya see, the folks over at b2 promised me that future upgrades will not break the blog skins anymore. So I believe them. But I do have this nice spiked, well-used cudgel just in case. :>

In the mean-time, enjoy!

Vinnie,

I like the old look back. Now don't let b2 do that to you again. Try a sledgehammer next time. I have one question: Has the world gone crazy? And if so, does this mean the end of the world? Just thought I would ask.

Try a sledgehammer to (a) the Nifty Corners skin (b) the b2evolution team or (c) the b2 software?

(a) already been taken care of. Ole Nifty ain't so nifty after such a pounding a baby-seal ain't got nothing to complain about
(b) I love the b2 crew and unless I find better blogging software (I assure you there is none) I have to keep their mallet-pounding to a light, almost sensual caress
(c) the later code changes have actually done away with the need for mallet-pounding the bejesus out the program.

Looks good looks like nothing changed. Explain again how having to work hard to get web pages to look the same is progress. |-|

Fibber

Well Vinnie I just bought a Bee Movie and it is a hoot. If you haven't seen it, do. Now as for the rest of my purchases, Battlestar Galactica Season 3 is coming out this tuesday, are you ready? :D

Chris: that's the beauty of web design. *humph* :-/

Shannon: I haven't seen it yet but will rent it soon! Glad to hear it was good! As to Battlestar Galactica, I've happily recorded all the shows to DVD when they aired on my digital recorder so I no longer have the desire to buy DVDs of shows that aired after I bought the cute lil sucker :>>

BSG is a good show, although I didn't like Season 3 as much as the first two seasons. Sadly, this is the final season (thanks to NBC who loves to kill good sci-fi shows prematurely).

PS. I think Starbuck is a Cylon.

Remember Vinnie on the old BSG they only went 4 seasons to get from Caprica to Earth. This is following the same template as the old show, just not letting you know everything until the final show. If they wanted to, Season 3 would've been the last show and then a made for tv movie series finale. I would rather have 4 Seasons of BSG that wraps up the journey to Earth. (Instead of 8 Seasons *cough* Smallvile that would leave you hanging in for more as it degrades year after year). I liked the Thrid year Vinnie, it answered to me who the 4 of 5 cylons were and I think you may be right, Starbuck may be a Cylon, but we won't know until the 4th season is done. :D

I want 5 more good seasons. I also want a ham sandwich and a gazelle. I'm a simple man, I wants what I wants.

Oh and Becky Worley recently had twins. Congrats, Becky!

Vinnie,

BSG is now under NBC control. But who Owns Universal? Find the end of that thread, and you will solve the mystery that is BSG. Now where's my peanut butter and banana sandwich?

I own universal (a universal remote) :))

Shannon: your peanut butter sandwich is in the intestinal tract of a golden retriever. Apparently it was a Golden Retriever then Eater.

Chris: I recorded Battlestar Galactica on DVD, so it was out for me right when it aired :>>

Blue: I own 3 universal remotes. One to control all my shit, the other 2 to control the first universal... |-|

Vinnie has been listening to George Carlin. And i quote, "Why do you buy a bigger house? To store more shit!" Now as for my peanut butter and banana sandwich, I'll make my own now that stomach virus is gone (had the wretched thing for 3 days and hated it. Pray that you don't get it. It's worse than "Montezuma's Revenge." You crap and puke up any solid food that you eat, so you are on a liquid diet of water or Sprite or Mountain Dew, for three or four days to keep you from dying). Sorry for the gross-out guys, but you had to know. Oh and Chris, a universal remote doesn't count, you have to own Universal studios. :D

George Carlin is a man amongst men. And a tech prophet, since the secret of larger hard drives is, according to Seagate's CEO... to store more shit.

Sorry to hear about your stomach virus, but really wasn't it a stomach and colon virus? Sounded like it, glad you're over it. Although I bet the 's aren't happy now that you're eating them again.
