OK someone needs to stop leaking this stuff to you non-believers. This part of our meetings is taken out of context. Its only a small ceremonial part of the whole Apple experience & really doesn't mean what you think it does. >:(

Steve Jobs the Master is ripping off Indiana and the Temple of Doom to hold on to power? Seems about right. Normally I'd say ToD was horrible but Crystal Skull made it look like the best film ever made! Nice site got here with a ton of top results about the iPad. Definitely a nice change of pace total surprise.

I liked all of the Indiana Jones movies. IJ4 was better than IJ2 because IJ4 was chasing a piece of fiction down (the crystal skull) and tying it in with another piece of fiction (the Roswell crash). Making the aliens from another dimension instead of another planet makes it fun. And yes, the Soviets do look a little dumb, but the IJ movies do try to strive for historical accuracy. And IJ2 was not about anything Indy dug up, but a fresh break from those digs to let us see what Indy does in his offr time for fun.

If you don't like indiana jones movies, don't watch them. Me I like them.

JonP: Indiana Jones III (The Last Crusade) was nicknamed The Apology but I must admit even though it was a weaker film I did enjoy it. The Crystal Skull however, even though at times they tried to make it sentimental by reintroducing the first film's characters the whole Indiana is a daddy and his kid (not the actor, the character) was totally out of place and didn't belong there. It made the movie so disjointed I had a tough time not screaming in my seat. I think we can take one prime example everyone can agree on beyond the whole aliens thingy: YOU CANNOT SURVIVE A DIRECT NUCLEAR GROUND ZERO BLAST IN A REFRIGERATOR! That summed up the writing right there. Indiana Jones and the Desperate Quest for Your Cash is what that flick was.

Welcome to the blog JonP, yeah I don't know why I'm getting so may top results for iPad, Apple and all but hey, I'm not complaining it's nice to see the fresh faces. Glad you're enjoying the fun.

Shannon: Use what you like, watch what you like, read what you like but always, always remember - Irfanview and Gimp suck. So bad they give suck a bad name. Always nice to see ya man!

Vinnie,

I listen to you on picture viewers and picture editors. That saves me money in the long run. Free software doesn't always mean ease of use and no viruses or malware. My dad is slowly realizing this.

Good luck educating your elders. My paw still can't handle bookmarks, shortcuts or websites... :knock:
