If Apple fires the guy he should sue them to their knees. It was an accident and now we know his name he should be protected by the fact that we will get pissed if they try to punish him for leaving the new iPhone prototype at the bar.

Here's my take on the whole thing. It was most likely an accident and Gizmodo knowingly bought stolen goods for their scoop. I don't understand how they can be allowed to do that but hey anything for 15 minutes of fame eh?
