The Only Way To Know Computers
How can someone say they know computers if they never built one?
This one gets me all the time; people who say how much they know about computers yet have never built one. Ridiculous! If you’ve never put all those bits together to make one you really don’t KNOW computers. The only one you’re fooling is yourself. I build all my units. So, do you build or buy your rigs?

I built one pc and replaced the mobo in another. So does that make me a computer geek? I know enough about computers to make me dangerous. Not hacker dangerous, but dangerous.

Yes, you are officially a computer geek. You have eviscerated a computer and played inside it's guts. You've wiggled your fingers inside it's chest cavity and felt it's internal organs and did some transplanting. Well done geek boy!
